Rubble was his first pup that came with a name. Prior to this, Ryder named all the Paw Patrol puppies. In 2013, he had six pups, each with their own speciality. He had acquired two additional pups since 2014, with Everest added in 2014 and Tracker added in 2016, although these two pups do not live at the lookout.
